Lancing College Chapel

Driving West along the A27 from Brighton, as you pass under the Mill Hill bridge (which arises from Old Shoreham), an emerging spectacle arises to the right.

This is the chapel of Lancing College and has all the appearance of an ancient gothic building. That it is not. Built between 1868 and 1875 (although it wasnt actually finished until 2021), this Gothic Revival chapel was designed by RH Carpenter and William Slater.
